COST:

The shop calculates all postage via weight. We have kept it as low as possible to work out the best for both of us.

We ship from the UK to anywhere in the world*!

You can see an estimate in the checkout area for postage as you are filling your basket so there are no suprises, but here are some handy lists.

Please note: This is subject to tweaking as service costs go up or down (usually up!)

UK Royal Mail 24: £4 - £6

EU ALL DUTIES PAID: £14 Flat Rate

USA ALL DUTIES PAID: £12 - £20

REST OF THE WORLD: £12 - £20

*Please note we are currently unable to ship to the following countries, though it can sometimes change:

Afghanistan,
Argentina, Belarus, Brazil, Burundi, Central Africa, Cote d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Myanmar, North Korea, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Niger, Russia, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen and Zimbabwe.

IF YOU ARE ORDERING TO USA OR EU: All the duties and taxes are paid, what you pay at the checkout is the final amount. There will be nothing to pay once the parcel lands.

TIME:

All items purchased via the shop should be dispatched within 5 days of purchase, anything which would affect this such as sickness or holiday will be posted on the main shop site so you are aware prior to ordering.

IN MOST CASES if ordered before 2pm Mon-Fri, if all items are in stock, it will be dispatched the same day.

Shipping times vary throughout the world and depend on your country’s postal service. The estimates below are quite liberal, it can be much sooner but be prepared.

Central and South America .	10 days
Rest of the world	7 days

RETURNS:

You may return most new, unopened items purchased from the shop within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

You are responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is faulty or broken, in which case your postage costs will be refunded too.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your item, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes for the package to reach us, the time it takes Bad Squiddo Games to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
