Possibly. Fly over the details in an email, it is usually down to how busy I am and how sociable I am feeling!
Do you have a physical shop?
Nope. Although I am based inside Firestorm Games, it really is just that - they let me have my office and storeroom in the basement! Please do not phone Firestorm or turn up on their doorstep looking for an Annie.

Fear not! Better than a shop, I attend many trade shows! Check out the events page at the top for details of when and where. It’s better than a shop as I can staple on a big grin and be enthusiastic - if I had a day to day store I would ruin the illusion of being fun and jaunty, being more like Bernard Black.
Can I have a free thing for my blog/event/fundraiser?
Maybe, maybe not.
Bad Squiddo Games supports a number of charities and fundraisers, unfortunately I cannot help them all, or there wouldn’t be a business! It is always worth asking as you never know, but please do not be offended if the answer is no. I occasionally support tournaments depending on a variety of factors. Though the factors are secret, good tips to get me to respond in a “wahey, have the things!” manner include: not addressing the email to Sir/Madam, already being an excellent customer, the event being charity based, letting me spam the event with flyers. Again - if I say no after all that, please don’t take it personally. I’ve got Squiddos to feed.
Argh! Send me an email with the details and I will look into it. Always check for a red “We missed you” card from the postman, as well as calling the local depot in case they didn’t leave a card. Also check weird places the postie might have left a parcel - side alleys, neighbours - even the dustbin (yup, had that one!). Also check the address you ordered to!
I will answer and sort as fast as I can, so please, please, please, email and deal with it in a human manner, it will always get resolved. You want your things, and I want you to get your things.
The item I have come all this way for is out of stock, argh!
Hopefully this will be a short term thing, anything long term out of stock I disable so you can’t see it (and therefore can’t be taunted by it). Send over an email and I will let you know when it is due back in. It might be the kick I need to speed up a restock, so worth yelling at me (nicely yelling)
